Login & Account Access Issues: Recover Your Pro Lab Account

Fix Pro Lab login problems — password reset, OTP not arriving, account not found, locked account, and how to recover access when your email or mobile has changed.

Can't log in to Pro Lab? The fix is usually a password reset or using the correct email/mobile combination. This guide covers every common login problem and how to recover access to your account in minutes.

Forgot your password

  1. Go to prolab.in and click Sign Up / Login
  1. Click "Forgot Password"
  1. Enter your registered email or mobile number
  1. Check your email inbox (or SMS, depending on how you registered)
  1. Click the reset link or enter the OTP
  1. Set a new password
  1. Log in with the new password

OTP not arriving

Email OTP not received:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Confirm you're checking the right email account
  • Wait 1–2 minutes and click "Resend OTP"
  • Add noreply@prolab.in to your contacts to prevent future filtering

SMS OTP not received:

  • Confirm the mobile number is correct (and active)
  • Check that your number isn't on a DND (Do Not Disturb) list that blocks transactional SMS
  • Wait 1–2 minutes and tap "Resend OTP"
  • Try the email OTP option instead if available

"Account not found" or "Invalid credentials"

This usually means one of three things:

1. You registered with a different email or mobile

Many customers have separate work and personal emails, or have changed mobile numbers. Try every email/mobile you might have used.

2. You're using a typo

Double-check the spelling of your email and the country code on the mobile (+91 for India).

3. You created the account via Google or Facebook

If you originally signed up using Google or Facebook login (if available), try that route instead of email/password.

Logged in but can't see my orders

If you're logged in but your order history is empty:

  • You may be logged into the wrong account (a duplicate created accidentally)
  • The order may have been placed as a guest without an account
  • Log out, log back in with a different email/mobile you might have used
  • Contact support with your order number — they can locate it

Account locked or suspended

Accounts may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. If you see a "locked" message:

  • Wait 15–30 minutes and try again
  • Use the password reset option instead of guessing
  • If still locked, contact support to unlock manually

Two-factor authentication issues

If you've enabled 2FA and are locked out:

  • Use the backup codes you saved when setting up 2FA
  • Contact support with proof of identity (registered email + recent order number)

Email or mobile number changed

If you've changed your email or mobile and lost access to the old one:

  1. Try logging in via the alternative method (email if you used mobile, or mobile if you used email)
  1. If both have changed, contact support@prolab.in from a verifiable identity (e.g. include a recent order number, last 4 digits of payment card, or photo of an order delivered to you)

Common login security tips

  • Use a strong, unique password — don't reuse from other sites
  • Don't share OTPs with anyone, including "support staff" who ask (we'll never ask)
  • Log out when using public or shared computers
  • Enable mobile alerts to spot unauthorised access attempts
