Payment debited but order not confirmed?
This occasionally happens due to bank-gateway communication delays. Don't panic.
What to do
- Wait 15–30 minutes — most resolve automatically
- Check "My Account" → "Order History" — the order may already be there
- Check your email for confirmation (may arrive delayed)
- If amount is debited but no order after 30 minutes, contact support with the payment reference number
- Don't re-attempt payment immediately — it may cause a double charge
Resolution timeline
If the payment genuinely failed, the amount is refunded within 5–7 business days automatically by the payment gateway company.
